Our Professional Services team plays a critical role in helping customers successfully adopt and realize value from our products. We partner closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from closed deals to fully executed projects.

As part of the Professional Services Operations team, you’ll contribute to how work gets done behind the scenes—supporting project setup, quoting, and operational workflows that directly impact customer experience and business scalability.

If you’re early in your career and enjoy working with structured processes, systems, and data—with a focus on speed, accuracy, and continuous improvement—this is a great opportunity to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact.

What You’ll Do?

In this role, you will help ensure that customer engagements move quickly and smoothly from deal close to project delivery.

Support Opportunity-to-Project Execution

Convert closed opportunities into active projects within Salesforce and PSA systems
Ensure project setup is accurate, complete, and aligned with financial and reporting requirements
Act as a backup to the primary Operations Analyst for project creation

Enable Efficient Quoting

Review incoming quote requests for completeness and clarity
Generate quotes for standard service offerings using predefined templates and pricing models
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all standard quotes

Maintain Data Accuracy & System Integrity

Update project and financial data within Salesforce and related systems
Ensure alignment between opportunity, quote, and project records
Support reporting accuracy through clean and consistent data entry

Improve Operational Efficiency

Manage queue-based requests (e.g., project setup, updates) within defined SLAs
Help reduce turnaround time for quoting and project creation
Identify inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve workflows, templates, and automation

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Partner with Sales, Services Sales, and Delivery teams to clarify inputs
Escalate non-standard or unclear requests as needed

What You Bring?

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
0–2 years of experience in operations, business support, administration, or a similar field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and efficiency
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to Have

Exposure to SaaS, Professional Services, or project-based environments
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or PSA platforms (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce)
Basic understanding of financial concepts (e.g., revenue, billing, project budgets)
Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets

Success Profile

Curious and quick to learn new systems and processes
Comfortable working within structured workflows and templates
Detail-oriented, with the ability to spot discrepancies early
Focused on delivering work accurately and on time
Interested in improving processes and increasing efficiency

What You’ll Get?

Opportunity to build foundational experience in operations within a growing, customer-focused team
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams
Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Salesforce and PSA systems
A supportive environment that encourages learning, process improvement, and career growth
Flexible work arrangements (where applicable)
Competitive compensation and benefits package (aligned with local market practices)

Why This Role Matters?

Your work will directly impact:

Speed to delivery – helping customers get started faster after deal close
Quote turnaround time – enabling quicker deal progression for standard services
Data quality – ensuring accurate reporting and smooth handoffs between teams
