The Opportunity: Building Brands Consumers Know & Creating Experiences They Remember

Great brands take shape when smart strategies meet strong execution, day in and day out. At Trinchero Family Wine & Spirits, marketing is more than creating campaigns. We help shape some of the most recognized and beloved wine brands in America, from category leaders like Sutter Home to premium growth brands like SEAGLASS. As an Associate Marketing Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in helping these brands grow, connecting consumer insights to strategy, and bringing ideas to life in the marketplace.

This is a unique opportunity to gain experience across every aspect of brand marketing, including strategy, innovation, integrated campaigns, consumer insights, forecasting, and execution. One day you may be analyzing market and cultural trends and helping shape annual brand plans. The next, you could be supporting national marketing programs, developing sales tools, collaborating with agency and cross-functional partners, or helping launch the next big idea.

Most importantly, your work won't stay in a spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation. You'll see it come to life in stores, customer presentations, consumer campaigns, and business results you can be proud of.
