Associate Manager, Production - Denim Off Price

THE PURPOSE: The Associate Manager, Production – Denim (Off-Price) serves as the operational backbone of our denim development process, ensuring that upstream inputs, timelines, and cross-functional communications are aligned to meet seasonal GTM calendar deadlines. This role is responsible for managing the full denim product development lifecycle—from initial sketch through production-ready garments—across True Religion's global vendor base. The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping development on track and contribute to True Religion's continued growth by producing high-quality, cost-engineered denim products that reflect our brand standards and show up on time, every time.

YOU ARE: You bring a strong combination of denim product development expertise and operational discipline—someone equally comfortable deep in a WIP spreadsheet as you are on a call with an overseas factory. You are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and approach challenges with both rigor and creativity. You have a sharp eye for detail, a healthy obsession with deadlines, and the curiosity to understand the craft behind every fabric, wash, and trim. You thrive in collaborative, cross-functional settings and know how to keep many moving parts—and many seasons—organized and on track simultaneously.
