Associate Data Engineer

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity supporting Dentalcorp's ongoing data and analytics transformation. Dentalcorp operates a Dental Support Organization (DSO) model across 500+ clinics, centralizing technology, data, and operations while preserving clinical autonomy at the practice level. As Dentalcorp continues to modernize its technology landscape, the Data Engineering & Architecture team plays a critical role in delivering trusted data, scalable platforms, and actionable insights that enable better business decisions and improved patient outcomes.

The Associate Data Engineer will contribute to the development, support, and continuous improvement of Dentalcorp's enterprise data platform. In this role, you will work alongside experienced data engineers, architects, analysts, and quality engineering team members to build foundational skills in data pipelines, data modelling, data quality, source system integration, and cloud data platforms.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their data engineering career who is eager to learn, enjoys solving technical problems, and wants to grow within a team that is building modern, enterprise-scale data capabilities.

Who You Are

You are a motivated and curious technology professional with a strong interest in data engineering, analytics, and cloud data platforms. You enjoy working with data, learning new tools, and understanding how reliable data solutions support business decisions.

You are comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and applying what you learn to improve your work. You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to building strong technical foundations. You understand that high-quality data engineering requires accuracy, documentation, testing, and disciplined delivery.

You are energized by the opportunity to grow in a modern data environment where legacy systems, cloud platforms, reporting needs, and business transformation intersect. You are looking for a role where you can contribute meaningfully while continuing to develop your technical skills under the guidance of experienced team members.

Our most successful team members are proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented. They take ownership, embrace change, collaborate openly, and are driven by delivering exceptional results and service.
