Associate Data Analyst

The Opportunity:

At Wize Solutions, we don’t just do the job—we set the standard. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT, we operate in all 50 states and internationally, delivering top-tier solutions with a relentless commitment to excellence. Our growth speaks for itself: in 2024 alone, we expanded from 120 to nearly 500 employees, and we’re just getting started.

What fuels our success? Our people. We believe that when our employees thrive, our company thrives. That’s why we invest in a culture that feels like family—where every team member is valued, supported, and given opportunities to grow. Through both tangible benefits and the intangibles that make a workplace truly great, we ensure that working at Wize Solutions isn’t just a job—it’s a career worth building. If you’re looking for a place where you can make an impact and grow alongside a rapidly scaling company, we’d love to have you on board.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to put emerging technology to work on real business problems. You’ll work directly with our Chief Technology Officer to research, prototype, build, and test AI-powered tools, data solutions, and reporting that improve how our Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams work.

Wize Solutions installs warehouse racking, warehouse automation, and dock and door systems. As we replace a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected software with a modern technology platform built around Acumatica, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that bring our data together, eliminate repetitive manual reporting, and turn raw data into information the business can act on.

This is primarily a data, analytics, and R&D role—not a traditional IT help desk position. You’ll have meaningful ownership over projects and the freedom to propose ideas while working closely with the CTO to determine priorities, scope, and technical approach. The reports and tools you build may be used by real Wize employees and have a measurable impact on how we operate.
