Job Overview
A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate and Civil Litigation to join its team in Arizona. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload involving real estate, business, contract, and related civil disputes.
Duties
Manage litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
Communicate directly with clients and provide practical guidance.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and settlement documents.
Take and defend depositions; appear at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Collaborate with attorneys and staff on strategy, deadlines, and client service.
Requirements
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Arizona.
At least two years of civil litigation experience ; real estate or business litigation experience is .
Ability to manage matters, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment.
Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, organizational, and client-communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active membership with the State Bar of Arizona.
