Assistant Project Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities\:

1. Promote and develop a safety culture within the company.
2. Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's safety management system in its implementation on-site.
3. Ensure the company fulfills its necessary legal obligations and promotes continuous improvement in safety throughout the company.
4. Lead and supervise on-site safety personnel to manage daily on-site operations in accordance with safety requirements.
5. Arrange and conduct regular safety inspections of all sites.
6. Lead and investigate the causes of serious accidents and propose actions to prevent recurrence.
7. Handle lawsuits and employee compensation claims.
8. Design and organize site safety awareness campaigns and training to enhance safety awareness throughout the company.
9. Allocate and maintain adequate safety resources at construction sites.
10. Any other duties assigned by superiors or department heads.
