# Assistant Manager, HR ## Job Summary The role involves regular visits to outlets, working closely with outlet teams to maintain high employee engagement, reduce attrition, and ensure effective HR practices. This position plays a vital role in fostering a motivated workforce aligned with the company's service standards and culture. ## Responsibilities - **Store visits:** Conduct regular visits to outlets to connect with teams, review HR practices, and address on-ground HR needs. - **Grievance handling:** Receive, investigate, and resolve employee grievances promptly and fairly. - **Employee behavioral correction:** Manage disciplinary issues, conduct investigations, and counsel employees towards corrective actions. - **Attrition management:** Analyze attrition trends, conduct exit interviews, and implement retention strategies at the outlet level. - **Performance management system (PMS):** Drive the performance review cycle, including goal setting, evaluations, and providing feedback. - **Employee engagement:** Plan and execute engagement, recognition, and team-building initiatives to foster a motivated and cohesive workforce. ## Qualifications - **Experience:** 5 to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the **retail, hospitality, or restaurant sector**. - **Technical Skills:** Strong command of **MS Office** and HR reporting tools. - **Soft Skills:** Excellent **communication**, **conflict resolution**, and **people management** skills. - **Operational Skills:** Hands-on experience managing **outlet or frontline employees**. - **Educational Qualifications:** Relevant degree or diploma in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields**. ## Preferred Skills - Ability to handle **multiple outlet visits** across Gurgaon efficiently. - Experience in **employee engagement** and **retention strategies**. - Knowledge of **labor laws** and HR compliance. - Proficiency in **HR analytics** and reporting. ## Experience - **Years:** 5 to 7 years of relevant HR experience. - **Type:** Experience working in **hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments**, with direct exposure to frontline or outlet staff. ## Environment - The role involves a **hybrid work environment** with **in-office** and **outlet visits** across Gurgaon. - The position requires **frequent travel** to various restaurant outlets. - The work setting is fast-paced, customer-focused, and involves direct interaction with employees and management at multiple locations. ## ##
