Assistant Finance Manager

Le Café LPM is a neighbourhood café for the modern city, where French Riviera spirit meets everyday urban life. All-day dining, done beautifully. Content that feels alive. A brand that shows up everywhere it should. Nothing overcomplicated. Everything just right.

Dubai opens very soon and other locations are already in development.

We’re looking for an Assistant Finance Manager who sees spreadsheets as a canvas and financial strategy as an art.

What You’ll Bring to the Table (Beyond the Balance Sheet)

✅ A Knack for Numbers, A Love for Logic:

You’ll oversee daily financial operations—from cash flow to compliance—ensuring everything runs as smoothly as our signature Bouillabaisse. Advanced Excel skills? A must. A flair for forecasting? Even better.

✅ A Strategic Mindset:

You won’t just crunch numbers; you’ll turn data into decisions. Whether it’s optimizing costs, supporting new openings, or partnering with our culinary team to price menus, your insights will drive profitability and growth.

✅ A Collaborative Spirit: Finance doesn’t happen in a silo. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our GM, CFO, chefs, and operations teams, translating financial jargon into actionable strategies. Think of yourself as the bridge between the kitchen and the boardroom.

✅ A Passion for Perfection: From ensuring VAT compliance to streamlining supplier contracts, you’ll leave no stone unturned in your pursuit of excellence. If you spot a discrepancy, you’ll solve it. If you see an opportunity, you’ll seize it.

✅ A Career with a Side of Adventure: This role isn’t just about maintaining the status quo—it’s about helping us scale. As LPM expands, so will your responsibilities, with opportunities to lead financial strategy for new locations and even international markets.

What We’ll Serve Up for You

🍽 A Seat at the Table: Your voice matters. You’ll collaborate directly with senior leadership and have a real impact on the future of LPM.

🌍 Career Growth Opportunities: With expansions on the horizon, this role is your ticket to a career that travels, whether it’s supporting new openings or shaping financial frameworks across borders.

💡 A Culture That Nourishes: We believe in work hard, play hard. Expect a dynamic environment where creativity is celebrated, teamwork is essential, and every day feels like a step forward.
