The Assistant Director of Admissions Systems and User Experience Design serves as an administrator for two distinct instances of the Slate CRM: one undergraduate and one graduate. The role bridges technical systems management with strategic enrollment marketing, allocating equal focus to CRM optimization and user experience (UX) design to support admissions goals. Additionally, this role configures and maintains key system workflows, designs intuitive student portals, and supports admissions marketing automations. By leveraging data analytics, tracking mechanisms, and closely collaborating with the Enrollment Marketing team, this role ensures all digital interfaces are optimized and aligned with the university’s brand. The Assistant Director plays a critical role in building intuitive end-user interfaces, designing and implementing portals and other database entities that support the prospective student and applicant experiences, and the continuous improvement of enrollment technology solutions.
The hiring range for this position is $65.4k - $78k.
