What You’ll Do
- Support the Property Manager with daily apartment community operations
- Assist with leasing, lease renewals, and resident retention
- Build positive relationships with residents and resolve questions or concerns professionally
- Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare reports, invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents
- Maintain accurate lease files and documentation
- Support marketing efforts, leasing traffic, and resident engagement
- Help ensure the community operates efficiently and provides a positive resident experience
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of apartment property management or leasing experience required
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with property management software preferred
