• Ensure proper handling and segregation of contaminated or special-care items according to strict protocols.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation between aircraft, facility, and end-users.

Quality Control & Compliance:

• Enforce and exceed industry-specific standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and sterilization (e.g., IATA guidelines, airline-specific manuals, public health regulations).
• Implement rigorous quality control checkpoints at every stage of processing.
• Ensure all products meet appearance standards—free of stains, damage, and odours—and are pressed/folded to precise specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and certificates of compliance for audits.
• Stay updated on and implement all safety, environmental, and chemical handling regulations.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff, including supervisors, operators, and drivers.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, efficiency, and accountability.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for team development.

• Control utility consumption (water, gas, electricity) and seek efficiency improvements.

Administrative & Financial Duties:

• Prepare and manage the operational budget.
