Assistant Application Engineer (MNC, AWS, Monthly incentive up to $800/month)

1 year contract - Convertible

Job Responsibilities

• Handle product and application enquiries from sales representatives and customers.

• Provide product information, technical support and troubleshooting.

• Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting.

• Provide on-site customer support, including system setup, adjustment and fine-tuning.

• Conduct post-sales product/application training for customers.

• Prepare and update training manuals and technical documentation.

• Support sales representatives during customer presentations when required.

• Identify and implement improvements to enhance department efficiency.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned..
