Are you a fields-based sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships, developing new business and growing a territory? We’re looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our UK Commercial team, representing Kerakoll’s range of high-performance ceramics and flooring products across North England.
As a B Corp certified, purpose-driven business, Kerakoll is focused on building better places to live through sustainable innovation, strong values and high-performance solutions. In this field-based role, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your area, develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities and build relationships with distributors, merchants, contractors and professional installers.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing Kerakoll’s market presence while delivering excellent technical support, customer service and aftersales care.

What You’ll Be Doing at Kerakoll
- Driving sales growth – Developing existing accounts, winning new business and growing sales across your territory.
- Building customer relationships – Working closely with distributors, merchants, contractors and professional installers to strengthen partnerships and support long-term growth.
- Developing the market – Identifying new opportunities across Kerakoll’s ceramics, flooring and associated product ranges.
- Providing technical support – Delivering product demonstrations, practical advice and aftersales support, with access to our wider technical team when required.
- Managing your territory – Planning customer activity, prioritising opportunities and maintaining strong coverage across your area.
- Using market insight – Keeping CRM records up to date, tracking opportunities and sharing relevant customer, competitor and market feedback.
- Supporting events and engagement – Taking part in trade days, product training, customer events and visits to Kerakoll facilities when required.
What You’ll Bring to Kerakoll
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally within tile, ceramics, flooring, construction products, builders’ merchants or a related sector.
A proven ability to build strong customer relationships and develop a sales territory.
Confidence identifying and progressing new business opportunities.
Good commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
An interest in developing technical product knowledge across ceramics and flooring systems.
Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other sales tools, with a full UK driving licence.
