Bühler Group in Casablanca, Morocco, is looking for a passionate Area Sales Manager Chocolate & Flavor Creation to join our Sales team. This position is responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and promoting Bühler’s equipment and process solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence through proactive sales activities and customer acquisition.
- Deliver technical and commercial solutions that address customer needs and promote Bühler's equipment and process expertise.
- Manage tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations for strategic and high-value projects.
- Support sales performance and customer success through market intelligence, issue resolution, upgrade opportunities, and accurate CRM management.
Qualifications
- Engineering, technical, or business degree, or equivalent demonstrated technical experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in capital equipment or large project sales; experience in the food or packaging industry is highly desired.
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value projects, including tendering and contract negotiation.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial production equipment
- Fluent in French and English
