Entry-level Solution Architect who owns the full delivery cycle — engaging users to gather requirements, designing solutions, and building them with AI-native development tools instead of traditional hand-coding. Works on clearly scoped problems under close guidance at an education company, on-site in Salt Lake City.
The Solution Architect owns the full cycle of solution delivery — from direct user engagement and requirements gathering through design, build, iteration, and production. Using AI as their primary build engine, Solution Architects are outcome-driven problem solvers who eliminate the traditional handoff between design and development. They are not code generators. They are architects of working solutions.
This role exists because the future of software delivery belongs to people who can think in systems, communicate with humans, and build with AI — all in the same motion.

· Builds and iterates on solutions using AI-native development tools and workflows
· Owns the solution from first conversation to production deployment
· Continuously shortens the cycle between problem identification and working software
· Identifies opportunities to improve existing systems and workflows through AI-enabled solutions

What Makes This Role Different
Traditional software developers are code generators. This role is different by design. Solution Architects are not measured by lines of code written — they are measured by problems solved and solutions shipped. AI handles code generation. The Solution Architect handles everything that requires human judgment: understanding the problem, designing the right solution, and iterating until it works.
