Leads the architectural design and planning of data centre and IT infrastructure projects in Bangkok — producing drawings, schematics and 3D models in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, liaising with authorities, and integrating structural, electrical and mechanical systems into sustainable, code-compliant designs.
The Architect will lead the design and development of cutting-edge data centre and IT infrastructure projects, delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable architectural solutions. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and project managers, the role offers a unique opportunity to shape mission-critical facilities and contribute to high-impact projects across global markets.
- Prepare the design, planning, and development of data centre architecture and IT infrastructure projects.
- Develop and oversee architectural drawings, schematics, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Liaise with local authorities for project submissions and approvals.
- Collaborate with engineers and consultants to integrate structural, electrical, and mechanical systems into architectural designs.
- Manage project documentation, including technical reports, presentations, specifications, and design records.
- Research and implement sustainable design principles to enhance energy efficiency and project performance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Participate in client meetings and provide innovative design solutions to optimise project outcomes.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, technologies, and best practices in data centre design.
- Thai Citizen
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in data center, IT infrastructure, or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Hybrid working arrangement – 2 days in the office, with the remaining 3 days working from home
