Apprenticeship 2027 IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

Your Tasks You will accompany our specialists in their daily work and be assigned diverse and exciting tasks. You are responsible for the planning and configuration of IT systems. This includes installing and setting up hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to customer requirements. In the event of malfunctions, you will be on hand with modern diagnostic systems and assist users with application problems. In the first year of your apprenticeship, you will rotate through all six teams in the Enterprise IT Services department – here you will learn from the best and can continuously expand and deepen your knowledge. In the second year, you will work more independently and rotate every 4 months through the teams in the SMB & Schools department. As your apprenticeship progresses, your responsibility will also increase: by the third year, you will already know all your strengths and contribute them daily to a team that suits you. In this team, you will also work on your final project, which we will continuously support professionally and mentally at all times. During your apprenticeship, we enable you to acquire certifications in the technical field. On one hand, we validate the quality of our training this way, and on the other, the content taught in the certification courses will help you with your final exams. Must Haves A convincing secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) or a good advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife). High school graduates (Abiturienten) are also very welcome. You paid close attention in German, English, and Mathematics, and your grades show it. You already have a driver's license for a car. We Offer A first-class and practice-oriented apprenticeship in a forward-looking company with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, a young and open-minded team, helpful and understanding trainers, and thematically very varied activities. You will be introduced to practical work from day one and will receive your own tasks after just a few weeks – because we rely on trust in our apprentices and want to promote your independence. With us, you have realistic chances of being hired and very good opportunities for professional development. We see ourselves as an appreciative community that you will be part of – we look forward to you and your application! Our Benefits for Apprentices - Training and an induction week to start your successful apprenticeship - Performance bonus: We involve you in the company's success. Especially in IT, this is an important building block for leaving the smallest possible ecological footprint - Social responsibility: Sustainability is part of our DNA. We have committed ourselves to a binding environmental protection concept with which we save 180 tons of CO2 annually. In our in-house repair center, we also focus on repairing instead of disposing, saving many tons of electronic waste every year. An important side effect: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with small budgets can also afford good IT. This makes us particularly proud!
