• Familiarity with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar architecture patterns.
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience or deep familiarity with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile development.
• Experience building smart home, IoT, hardware activation, or physical device orchestration workflows.
• Familiarity with Jetpack Compose and modern Android development tools.
• Understanding of Android permissions, privacy constraints, and app lifecycles.
• Experience building or maintaining large-scale consumer applications.

How We Work

• Squad-based development model with close collaboration across Android, iOS, and product management teams.
• Regular design reviews and mobile guild meetings to align on architecture, cross-platform alignment, and best practices.
• Strong onboarding program with clear 30-, 60-, and 90-day goals.
• Emphasis on learning, growth, cutting-edge engineering workflows, and knowledge sharing.
