We give businesses and their customers peace of mind by solving complex credit challenges with precision, speed, and intelligence, combining deep expertise with advanced technology, to simplify the experience and deliver better outcomes, every time.
We're a fast-growing fintech empowering enterprise merchants with smarter, more adaptive pay-over-time solutions. From point-of-sale financing to “Buy Now, Pay Later” programs and loyalty integrated offers, we’re building configurable credit tools that help businesses serve more of their customers.
We value teamwork, clarity of purpose, and rigorous attention to data to drive action. We balance speed and excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role is suited for someone who operates with a high degree of independence—someone who not only answers questions, but proactively identifies them.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, uncover opportunities, and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings a strong balance of analytical rigor and business context.
● Own end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition through execution and delivery
● Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks
● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
● Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Partner with business, product, and leadership teams to influence strategic decisions
● Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
● 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
● Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R. Experience with the Databricks platform is a plus.
● Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
● Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
● Experience working with large and complex datasets
● Prior experience in fintech, payments, or digital products is a plus.
● You will have the resources of a modern AWS/Databricks stack, a world-class team of ML engineers, and the executive mandate to build the most sophisticated, compliant, and efficient collections engine in the FinTech space.
● Competitive compensation and equity package.
● Collaborative office culture with a strong product mindset.
● Opportunities to grow, lead, and shape the future of consumer finance.
