Hands-on, client-facing senior data & analytics role at a consultancy serving major capital projects, infrastructure and defence clients. You build end-to-end pipelines, models and reporting from messy cost, schedule, risk and change data using Azure, SQL and Power BI, with 2-3 days on site in Warrington.
We're recruiting a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer with strong Power BI and Azure data platform skills. This is for a thriving consultancy who work with large companies on major capital projects, infrastructure programmes, and defence, to build data and reporting solutions from end to end.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be client facing, combining data engineering, analytics and project controls data. You'll work with cost, schedule, risk and change data, building reliable pipelines and models using Azure, SQL and Power BI that turn complex programme information into trusted reporting.
As a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer, you'll take solutions from initial reporting requirements through to production, working directly with project stakeholders and handling data from APIs, spreadsheets, planning systems and other programme sources, so you must be happy working with messy and unstructured data and be confident with this!
This Senior Data & Analytics Engineer position is permanent and offers a salary of £70,000 – £85,000, with 2-3 days on site in Warrington (flexible).
