You'll own the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of the marketing data and tracking ecosystem, initially in the UK and increasingly across global markets. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, data, and engineering, you'll make sure every customer interaction is correctly captured, enriched, and flowing into the right platforms, from Segment pipelines into BigQuery through to the ad platforms and CRM tools that drive acquisition and retention. You'll work closely with the UK & EU marketing analytics teams, the central data engineering team, and cross-functional partners across growth, CRM, and product, taking end-to-end ownership of implementation, governance, data quality monitoring, and documentation.
