SketchUp Draftsman / Project Coordinator
Will you help us build our design quality?
SketchUp Draftsman | Project Manager, Office & Interior Design (32 to 40 hours)
We work without markups or surcharges and stand by our clients. Using our proven method, we keep projects on schedule, within budget, and at the expected quality level.

You will work closely with the Interior Designer, Project Draftsman, and Project Manager. In SketchUp, you will build the project model in a logical and structured manner. You will then translate this into clear construction drawings in LayOut.
Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and managing project models in SketchUp during Concept Design and Construction Design - Developing Construction Drawings in SketchUp LayOut - Adding technical specifications, materials, and product information to the construction drawings - Checking drawings for completeness and feasibility
Within about 9 to 12 months, this role will evolve into that of a Project Manager. Because you have a solid understanding of the design and technical details, you will then be able to actively participate in projects and contribute to: - Creating and Managing Construction Drawings - Managing and organizing project information - Attending and taking minutes at project meetings and construction meetings - Assisting with project reporting, project planning, and project costing
This way, your role will evolve from technical implementation to project management.
