Our AI team builds GenAI applications that go into production at one of the Netherlands' largest banks. Voice agents handling thousands of contact center calls. AI lending assistants supporting lenders in writing credit proposals. Agentic workflows that actually make it to users.
We don't stop at prototypes. We build, ship, measure, iterate, and do it fast. As an AI Tech Lead , you set the technical direction across these initiatives and stay close enough to the code to keep that pace honest. If you've got 7+ years of engineering experience, a serious track record of shipping AI in production, and you're looking to lead at a scale most companies won't give you for years, read on.

You work directly with the people whose problems you're solving, and you bring the rest of the team along.
