AI Solutions Engineer for Real-World Impact

Duferco is expanding its Corporate Innovation Team with a Forward Deployed Engineer who sits near business teams to turn AI, data, and automation into practical solutions.

You will work across energy, trading, logistics, steel, and other sectors, building AI-enabled tools, prototypes, and integrations that remove bottlenecks and improve decision-making. The role offers high autonomy and a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Design and build AI-enabled solutions that make the organization faster and smarter. Prototype, test, and deploy AI workflows and automations. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand problems and identify opportunities. Evaluate impact and measure value of AI deployments. Hands-on experience applying AI, ML, data science, or analytics to real business problems. Experience working close to users and business teams to understand needs.
