WisdomTree is seeking an early-career AI Solutions Analyst to help develop and support practical AI solutions across the firm. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or candidate with 1+ years of experience who is highly fluent in modern AI tools and excited to help translate business needs into lightweight, scalable AI workflows and solutions.

This person will support a mix of AI initiatives, including custom GPT and app creation, workflow automation, prompt development, experimentation with agent-based tools and platforms, and support for user-facing AI solutions. While the position has a primary emphasis on enablement, training, adoption, and business engagement, the individual will be cross-trained across solution-building activities and expected to contribute broadly across the team’s AI initiatives.
