The Impact You'll Make

We are seeking an experienced AI & Predictive Analytics Consultant to support the development and validation of innovative AI and analytics capabilities within IT Operations and Service Management. You will play a key role in assessing how artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics can improve Site Support and Service Desk performance through automation, data-driven decision making, and proactive operational insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze historical ITSM data, develop and validate predictive models, assess data readiness, and execute proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support an AI-powered Incident Classification & Routing Pilot.

• Analyze ServiceNow and operational data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities.

• Develop and validate predictive models for ticket volumes, KPI risks, and escalation trends.

• Assess data quality and readiness for AI and analytics initiatives.

• Provide recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.

• Collaborate with Service Desk, Incident Management, and operational stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics expertise.

• Predictive modeling and statistical analysis capabilities.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow and IT Service Management.

• Proficiency in Python, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Good English commnunication skill.
