Your Role at a Glance

As AI Product Owner, you will help us discover, prototype, validate, and ship high-impact product improvements across our SaaS platform.

This is not a coordination-only Product Owner role. You will move from customer insight to prototype, from prototype to backlog, and from backlog to shipped product. You will work hands-on with AI tools to accelerate research, UX exploration, data analysis, documentation, and functional prototyping.

You will play an important role in identifying customer problems, shaping product opportunities, and turning ideas into measurable outcomes. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Commercial teams, you will help improve workflows for SaaS users, especially in retail, banking, and enterprise environments.

We are looking for someone who is curious, pragmatic, and outcome-driven - someone who can combine product thinking, customer understanding, AI-enabled ways of working, and strong delivery skills.

This hybrid role can be based in Helsinki, Stockholm, or Rotterdam, with 2–3 days of office presence per week.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own discovery, prioritization, and delivery for selected product areas.

• Turn customer problems into clear product opportunities, user stories, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.

• Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Replit, Figma AI, or similar to build fast prototypes and accelerate product work.

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to shape and deliver product improvements.

• Validate ideas with customers before scaling engineering investment.

• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and market signals to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

• Improve customer workflows for SaaS users, especially in retail, banking, and enterprise environments.

• Drive product launches, adoption, feedback loops, and continuous iteration.

Your Profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Builder, UX/Product, technical business, or similar role.

• Strong experience working on SaaS products.

• Demonstrated use of AI tools to prototype, analyze, write specifications, or accelerate product delivery.

• Good UX judgment and the ability to simplify complex workflows.

• Experience writing clear requirements, user stories, and product documentation.

• Confidence collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams.

• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to work with product analytics, customer feedback, and business metrics.

What you can expect

• A scaling international company with a strong AI focus agenda.

• An inclusive and supportive work environment where diversity and creativity are celebrated.

• An environment where your ideas are valued, and you have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution from the start.

• Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within an international growing company.

• No matter your role, whether you're just starting out or in a leadership position, we focus on the value you bring to the table. Creativity and impact are what matter most.

• We believe in celebrating our achievements. Wether it's a summer festival or New Year's party: we make sure to enjoy our successes and build strong team connections.
