• Own product performance and business outcomes, including product P&L - shaping product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
• Work closely with customers and the market to uncover emerging needs
• Turn insights into clear product concepts, epics, and user stories
• Drive responsible AI adoption while maintaining customer trust and innovation speed
• Strengthen AI capabilities, innovation practices, and product excellence across the organization

You might be a great fit if you:

• Can translate complex problems into clear priorities and product decisions
• Thrive in cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across disciplines
• Care about delivering trustworthy, high-quality solutions that people actually use
• Have experience from the public sector or regulated environments (concrete work experience is not a requirement but interest is)

What You'll Get in Return

• A unique opportunity to shape the AI future of a leading public-sector platform
• High degree of influence over product strategy and direction
• A talented and collaborative Nordic product organization
• Access to cutting-edge AI technologies and innovation initiatives
• Flexible and hybrid ways of working
• Strong opportunities for professional growth and development
• The chance to build solutions that contribute to better public services for millions of citizens
