AI Product Engineer

Build at the front edge of AI.

Use Claude Code every day to turn complex business problems into working software — fast.

About the Role

We’re one of the leading workforce management software companies, building technology used by businesses to manage their people, attendance, payroll, performance, and operations.

We’re looking for an exceptional AI Product Development Engineer to join us. This is not a traditional software development role. You’ll be working in an environment where AI is used every day to design, build, test, and improve real software products at incredible speed.

Claude Code is a core part of how we work. You’ll use it to research problems, design solutions, build prototypes, test functionality, debug issues, and rapidly iterate on new product ideas.

If you want to understand where software development is going over the next few years, this is the kind of role where you’ll experience it firsthand.

Why This Is an Exceptional Opportunity

You’ll be working right at the forefront of AI-assisted software development — not by watching demos, taking courses, or experimenting on side projects, but by using AI every day to solve real business problems and build real software for real companies.

We are building exceptional things at lightning speed, and you’ll be right in the middle of it. You’ll see how experienced business leaders think through problems, how experienced software developers structure and review solutions, and how AI can dramatically compress the entire development cycle.

For the right person, the learning curve will be extremely steep. It would be difficult to find an environment where you can get more practical exposure to AI-driven software development in such a short period of time.

· Work with Claude Code every day.

· Build and test new software concepts at lightning speed.

· Learn how to direct AI effectively rather than simply ask it to generate code.

· Learn how to evaluate AI output critically and spot what it gets wrong or misses.

· See how AI changes product design, software development, testing, and iteration.

· Work directly with deeply experienced business leaders and software developers.

· Solve complex, real-world problems for internal teams and enterprise clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Work with internal stakeholders and enterprise clients to understand real business problems and product requirements.

· Think deeply about the problem before jumping into development.

· Break complex problems down into clear functional and technical solutions.

· Design practical, simple, and intuitive software experiences.

· Use Claude Code as a core part of your daily development workflow.

· Rapidly build working software prototypes and product features.

· Use Claude Code to write, review, debug, refactor, and test code.

· Develop new features and enhancements for our workforce management platform.

· Build customized software features for enterprise clients.

· Test your own work thoroughly, including usability, functional, and edge-case testing.

· Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.

· Work with experienced developers to move successful prototypes into production.

· Continuously experiment with better ways to use AI to build software faster and better.

This Role Is About Thinking, Not Just Coding

We’re not looking for someone who simply waits for a specification and then starts programming. We want someone who can be given a difficult problem and figure it out.

You should naturally ask:

What is the real problem here?

What is the simplest effective solution?

How should the user experience work?

What could go wrong?

What are the edge cases?

How can I use Claude Code to build and test this quickly?

Your job is not to manually write as much code as possible. Your job is to solve product problems quickly and intelligently using AI.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

· Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

· Strong academic background, preferably from one of the leading universities in the Philippines.

· Strong software engineering fundamentals.

· Ability to build modern web applications and software prototypes.

· Experience with Claude Code, or a strong desire to become exceptionally good at it.

· Strong analytical and logical thinking.

· Ability to break complicated problems into clear, solvable parts.

· Strong product mindset and an ability to understand what users actually need.

· A natural flair for application design, UI/UX, and intuitive workflows.

· Curiosity and the willingness to keep digging until you understand a problem properly.

· Confidence to work independently without needing every step spelled out.

· Strong English communication skills.

Who You’ll Learn From

One of the biggest advantages of this role is the people you’ll work with. You’ll collaborate directly with deeply experienced business leaders, product thinkers, and software developers.

· Experienced business leaders who understand how companies operate and what customers really need.

· Experienced software developers who have spent years building complex systems.

· Product leaders who can help you understand how great software gets designed.

· Enterprise clients with complex, real-world operational problems.

You won’t be sitting in a corner receiving tickets. You’ll be part of the conversations where problems are understood, solutions are designed, prototypes are built, and products are improved.

How We Build

We move fast. We build. We test. We learn. We improve. And then we do it again. AI is not an add-on to how we work — it is at the center of how we build software.

If You Want to Become Exceptional at AI-Assisted Software Development

This role is designed for someone who wants to become extremely good at building software with AI.

You’ll be surrounded by people who are actively pushing what is possible with these tools and building at a pace that would have been difficult to imagine only a few years ago.

If you’re technically strong, highly curious, ambitious, and excited about the future of software development, this is the kind of environment where you can learn incredibly fast — while building real things every day.

Think deeply. Build fast. Learn AI by doing it every day.
