Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction for the AI/ML platform and lead its evolution, including compliance, security, and performance standards.

• Define how models and ML pipelines are monitored, maintained, and optimized in production, and raise the bar for reliability across the platform.
• Design secure data pipelines that operate across national boundaries, and establish the standards teams follow.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape innovative features for the Customer Experience space
• Architect scalable solutions for large-scale data processing made available to clients with high performance.
• Define API strategy and design the interfaces that power front-end applications.
• Identify and drive process improvements across teams: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Mentor senior engineers, lead design reviews, and raise engineering quality across the AI Platform organization.
• Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation and own the response for high-severity issues affecting internal platforms and customer-facing production systems.
