AI Outcomes Architect - Forward Deployed Delivery

AI Chopping Block, Inc. is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer in Forward Deployed Engineering to bridge pre-sales and post-sales, architect integration into the customer's IT ecosystem, and deliver technically feasible deployments.

Based in Italy, the role offers €90,000–€92,000 EUR with a 15% bonus target, equity and benefits. You will partner with account teams, diagnose complex issues, and translate field feedback into actionable feature requests.

Partner with Account teams and Practice CE during technical evaluation phases to assess project feasibility and shape proposals for long-term adoption. Dive into code-level context to diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds. Serve as liaison to core Product and Engineering teams, troubleshoot deployment blockers and translate field feedback into feature requests. Steer implementation strategy through technical authority while owning the technical delivery with customer-facing teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers. Experience with technical delivery strategies and interfacing with product or engineering organizations. Experience in system design or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI). Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, enterprise content management (ECMs), identity), Cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments. Equity Bonus 15% target Benefits
