About the projectDragos is a software team building production-grade digital products with orchestrated AI agents. The team works AI-natively - engineers use Claude Code and Codex as core tools, not sidekicks.
The first project is a precision-healthcare platform for a genetic counseling clinic in Dubai: a patient portal, a clinician portal, a laboratory partner portal, and an administrative back office. It is deployed on AWS in the UAE region, in English and Arabic, with the first release planned before the end of 2026.
This is regulated work. Patient genetic data carries statutory residency obligations, every access is audited, and AI features operate within clinician-approved boundaries. Further phases include a patient-facing clinical AI assistant, then iOS and Android applications - with the intention to continue through all of them.
About the roleWe are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer who already works with AI agents as a core part of their development workflow - not someone who has only read about it.
You will decompose work, direct agents to implement it, and own the result as if you had written every line. The scarce skill here is not typing speed - it is judgment about where to spend model capability, where to spend your own attention, and how to know the output is correct.
What you'll do- Build full-stack features across React frontend and Node.js backend
- Use Claude Code or OpenAI Codex daily to delegate units of work - decompose tasks, direct agents, review diffs critically
- Write and work against written specs before implementation begins
- Review agent-produced code with the same rigour as a colleague's pull request
- Work with PostgreSQL - basic schema design, queries, migrations
- Contribute to a regulated healthcare codebase where correctness and auditability matter
- Communicate asynchronously in written English - decisions, questions, status updates
What we're looking for- TypeScript - both frontend (React) and backend (Node.js)
- PostgreSQL - basic CRUD, understanding of schema design
- Claude Code or Cursor - real daily use on actual projects, not just autocomplete
- Ability to critically review AI-generated code and catch errors
- Git + basic CI/CD
- Fluent English
Nice to have- AWS - basic familiarity
- Playwright or any testing framework
- Experience with RAG or LLM integrations
- i18n / RTL (Arabic) support - very rare and immediately valuable
- Any exposure to regulated or healthcare software
- Open-source contributions or public code
