We are looking for an AI native Full Stack Developer to join our team in Warsaw or work remotely. AI native describes how you work as much as what you build: coding agents and LLMs are part of your daily toolkit, and the products you ship treat AI as core architecture rather than a feature bolted on at the end. You'll move across Go / Python services and React / VueJS / TypeScript interfaces on Google Cloud, alongside an international team delivering for clients worldwide.
- Exposure to modern technologies across various industries in an agile environment
- Company-funded AI tooling – coding agents and model access as a standard part of your setup
- Home office or company office
- International team of highly skilled people
- Opportunity to give back in your community
- Competitive salary + bonus opportunities
About You:
- You'll build scalable full stack products – Go services on the backend, React/Vue and TypeScript on the front
- You'll design and ship agentic features: LLM-backed workflows, tool-using agents and retrieval over real client data
- You'll take AI prototypes all the way to production, with evaluation, guardrails, cost and latency under control
- You'll work with neat technologies: Go, gRPC, Protocol Buffers, React/Vue/TypeScript, Vertex AI and Google Cloud
- You'll create services which are test driven, with APIs built on an API first approach
- You'll use coding agents as a normal part of your workflow and help the whole team get better at it
- You'll own your projects, so new ideas are welcome
What you bring with you:
- A Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science – this one is a hard minimum
- At least 5 years of commercial software development experience
- Strong backend skills in Go, or the appetite to move to it from another statically typed language
- Solid frontend skills with React/Vue and TypeScript
- Real computer science fundamentals: you read, review, debug and take full responsibility for every line an agent writes for you
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs – prompt design, tool and function calling, RAG or agent frameworks
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI)
- Written and spoken English
- Curiosity and passion – this field moves weekly and you enjoy that
