AI/ML Engineer — Deploy & Scale Production Models

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking an AI/ML Engineer for a full-time role in Italy. You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production systems.

The position emphasizes data preprocessing, model evaluation, and scalable deployment across cloud environments. You will join a global software development leader, contributing to high-impact AI projects and scalable enterprise solutions.

Design, develop, and optimize ML models using Python and frameworks. Preprocess and transform large datasets for model training. Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments. Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI into existing infra. Benchmark performance and validate models for accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow or PyTorch). Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) for deployment. Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD for ML workflows. Strong problem-solving skills translating business needs into tech.
