AI Full Stack Engineer

You will work across Rust backend services and React frontend experiences, designing features from the agent runtime through to the user interface. You will use AI coding agents to increase your delivery speed, while remaining accountable for architecture, security, reliability and the software you ship.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI-native products and developer infrastructure end to end.
• Develop secure ways for agents to access tools and services, including scoped, short-lived access rather than exposed long-lived credentials.
• Design agent harnesses, execution loops, tool interfaces, feedback mechanisms and verification systems that allow agents to work reliably with less continuous human supervision.
• Explore and prototype new product directions, then turn promising ideas into production software.
• Direct AI coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code or Cursor; review critical decisions, test outputs and own the final result.
• Build backend services in Rust and frontend experiences in React; React Native experience is a plus.
• Make testing, observability, security and maintainability part of the definition of done.

About you

• You have built and shipped software that people actually use, ideally AI-powered or AI-native products.
• You use AI coding agents in real development work and can explain how you structure tasks, detect failures and verify results.
• You think in systems: architecture, interfaces and failure modes matter more to you than the number of lines you personally write.
• You have experience with agent workflows or harnesses, including iterative execution, tool use and feedback loops.
• You are comfortable with Rust, or bring a strong systems-engineering background and a clear commitment to becoming proficient in it.
• You have strong React experience and can take ownership across the stack.
• You move quickly through ambiguity without compromising production engineering fundamentals.
• You stay close to developments in AI, learn new tools rapidly and are motivated by the real-world value your work creates.

About us

ChronoAI is a Singapore-headquartered AI technology company building infrastructure for the next generation of AI agents. Our mission is to make persistent, always-on AI agents as easy to deploy as cloud services. We are building an Agent-as-a-Service ecosystem covering connectivity, runtime and skills. Our products include NyxID, which connects AI agents to services and applications; Aevatar, infrastructure for persistent cloud-based agents; Ornn, a plug-and-play skill marketplace for AI agents; and Automath, an AI engine for mathematical discovery and formal verification.
