Join us to build tomorrow’s technical solutions! "}

We are expanding our expertise in AI development

Currently, we’re on a mission to build intelligent systems for our customers that unlock and harness the value of data and AI. Also, AI is transforming how we build software: automating routine work, amplifying creativity, and letting developers focus on solving real problems.

We are now looking for AI Full-Stack Developers to join our growing community of experts and help shape the future of intelligent software. In this role, you can work in the Helsinki, Lahti, Oulu, Tampere, or Turku regions with hybrid working options.

At Solita, you’ll find a community that values both technical excellence and human connection. We believe in autonomy, continuous learning, and building together things that matter. You’ll have the chance to work on impactful projects with meaningful use of AI, collaborate with top experts across data, cloud, and design.

Your role in a nutshell

As an AI Developer, you get to develop various agent-based and data-driven software solutions that have a real impact on our customers in various industries, both in private and public sectors. In addition to utilizing modern software development toolkits in your daily work, you will be working hands-on with various AI tools and frameworks, such as AWS Bedrock, Google AI, LangChain, MCP or AI Foundry to build secure, scalable and maintanable AI-powered software solutions that help our customers make better decisions, automate intelligently, and create real business value. You’ll work closely with a team of other software developers, AI/Data Scientists and Engineers, participating in the entire software development cycle.

We are a technology-agnostic company, always choosing the modern frameworks and platforms that best support the customer’s needs. The diversity of our projects offers excellent opportunities for learning, skill development, and rotation. You can find more information about our work on our Dev blog and in the results of our Developer Survey.

Here’s how our developer Miska describes his experience working on AI-based projects:

“I’ve had the opportunity to work on two AI-based projects at Solita and have been involved in both design and implementation. In both projects, it became clear that truly leveraging AI requires a pragmatic approach, continuous measurement, and above all, a deep understanding of the problem being solved.

During the projects, I’ve worked with tools such as Cursor, LangGraph, Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT. Developing AI solutions has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career: it’s rare to work on something that simultaneously feels like exploring something entirely new and building the future.”

What we are looking for

We hope you share our passion for writing high-quality code and collaborating in cross-functional teams. You don’t need to have worked under the title “AI Developer” before: what matters most is your curiosity towards AI, strong technical skills, and the ability to bridge software development and AI in your daily work.

We expect you to have:

• A strong background in software development: at least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development using Java, TypeScript, C# or Python.
• Experience using agentic coding assistants as part of your daily work (like Github Copilot or Claude Code)
• An understanding of AI agent architectures and modern AI frameworks (e.g. AWS Bedrock, Google AI, LangChain, MCP, or AI Foundry) is considered an advantage.
• Experience with cloud-based AI services (AWS or Azure) and bringing AI solutions into production using DevOps and IaC practices is considered an advantage.
• Fluent English language skills. fluent Finnish skills are considered as an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative mindset.
