Fully remote engineer building AI-powered internal tools (M&A data rooms, priority trackers, brand asset generation) for a US physician-owned healthcare group client. Day-to-day work spans Python/TypeScript, REST integrations, Microsoft 365/Graph, SQL, React front ends, Azure deployment, and LLM document processing, during US Eastern business hours.
This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.
Our client is a physician-owned healthcare group that buys practices and is splitting one parent brand into eight to ten specialty brands. The leadership team has built working prototypes that currently stop at pasted exports.
The company’s environment includes Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online across nine entities, an EMR, and an FP&A platform being implemented.
The Forward Deployed Engineer, M&A and Marketing Ops will build the layer underneath existing prototypes, including where data lands, how it gets there, who can access it, and how it continues running when nobody is watching.
The role will work directly with the people who own the problems being addressed, including the M&A team, marketing lead, COO, CFO, and an outsourced IT provider. The first work will focus on M&A and marketing.
Fully Remote (Work from Home) | Must overlap US Eastern business hours through 5:00 PM ET
