Our client is seeking a skilled AI Engineer with expertise in MLOps to join their technology team in Mahikeng. This role is vital for building and maintaining robust infrastructure and workflows that enable the efficient development, deployment, and scaling of machine learning models. You will work at the intersection of AI development and operations, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models. Implement tools and practices for automated model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring. Develop and maintain infrastructure for MLOps, including containerization and orchestration. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to streamline the ML model lifecycle. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of ML deployment environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML model deployment and operational performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as an MLOps Engineer, Dev Ops Engineer with ML experience, or AI Engineer. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn) and ML platforms. Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and infrastructure as code.
