About Job

The AI Engineer will join Centific’s Flow R&D team in Singapore to develop and enhance AI-powered solutions for multilingual content, data processing, and quality assurance. The role will work closely with our Singapore-based AI team as well as AI scientists and engineers across our global R&D organization, applying Generative AI and LLM technologies to real-world product and customer use cases. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in AI, hands-on problem solving, and a willingness to learn and experiment with emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve AI-powered features and solutions for the Flow platform.

• Work on AI Data QA, multilingual data processing, and AI quality evaluation.

• Experiment with LLMs, Generative AI, and agentic AI technologies.

• Develop prompts, workflows, prototypes, and evaluation methods for AI applications. Analyze AI outputs and data to identify quality issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Build and test prototypes to validate new AI capabilities and product ideas.

Collaborate closely with the Singapore AI team and other AI scientists, engineers, and product teams globally.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and apply them to practical product and customer use cases
