- Ability to challenge assumptions, define underlying business problems and identify where AI agents, automation or process redesign can deliver the greatest organisational value.
- Ability to prioritise opportunities using value, feasibility and risk.
- Strong cross-functional facilitation and communication skills, with experience working across business and technology teams to overcome delivery barriers, secure business buy-in and implement sustainable solutions.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in financial services, investment, public sector or another regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric or related Microsoft technologies.
- Supplier and commercial experience, including working with delivery partners, shaping statements of work, managing supplier inputs or supporting value-for-money assessment.
- AI-specific qualifications, certifications or formal training.
