JOB TITLE: 2027 Term 1 Internship – Developing AI & Data Science Solutions to Accelerate AMD CPU/GPU Product Development
LOCATION: Singapore
ONSITE/HYBRID REQUIREMENT: This role requires the student to work full time (40 hours a week), in either a hybrid or onsite work structure throughout the duration of the intern term.
CRITERIA: Current students studying in universities based in Singapore and able to provide a placement/support letter from their school covering the entire internship period.
INTERNSHIP DURATION: Term 1 Internship Start Date: 4 Jan 2027, End Date: 28 May 2027 or 6 Aug 2027.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN:
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Developing end-to-end AI and Data-centric software solution for enhancing the operational efficiency of AMD CPU/GPU product development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
A self-driven individual with the willingness to work on direct operational and engineering problems and solve them with AI and data science solutions, passionate about applying practical solutions to real-world industrial challenges, (bonus) having experience in full-stack software solution development, large-scale ML system development, MLOps, and generative AI.
RELEVANT SKILLSETS:
Training will be provided for these items wherever needed, but interns should have basic Python coding experience and basic AI/ML and data science modeling knowledge (project work in the past would be beneficial).
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
