AI-Driven Cloud DevOps Engineer for Secure Delivery

Nexum AI is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to automate software and infrastructure delivery across cloud and hybrid environments in Italy. You will build repeatable deployments, improve platform reliability, and implement observability with security-first controls.

Responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines, provisioning IaC, operating containerized services, and maintaining runbooks and incident response processes to ensure resilient delivery across cloud platforms.

Build and maintain controlled CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI, Jenkins or equivalent workflows. Provision infrastructure through Terraform, Ansible and reusable IaC modules. Operate containerized services and Kubernetes platforms across multiple clouds. Implement monitoring, logging, tracing and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry. Apply IAM, secrets management, network and supply-chain security controls. Define runbooks, recovery procedures and operational readiness checks. Investigate incidents and automate preventive actions to improve resilience. Create self-service delivery patterns with guardrails for app, data, ML and AI teams. Experience building secure CI/CD pipelines and repeatable deployments. Hands-on with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure provisioning. Proficiency with Kubernetes and containerized production services. Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
