Onsite junior-to-mid developer in Rockville, MD building AI-driven apps where hands-on Claude Code fluency (CLAUDE.md, hooks, MCP servers) is the main hiring filter, alongside TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js/React, and Supabase/Postgres work. Base pay plus per-shipped-feature bonuses.
*What We Are Looking For* * 1 to 3 years of experience with TypeScript or JavaScript. * Real, hands-on fluency with Claude Code. Comfortable with concepts like CLAUDE.md configuration, custom skills, hooks, and MCP servers, not just general AI-assisted coding. This is not optional — it is the primary filter. * Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication flows, git, and basic cloud/deployment concepts (caching, environment management). * Familiarity with Next.js or React. * Comfortable with Supabase or any Postgres-based backend. * Based in or near Rockville / Gaithersburg, Maryland. Able to work onsite Monday through Friday. * Someone who goes home and keeps coding because they want to, not because they were told to. You do NOT need a computer science degree. You do NOT need 10 years of experience. You DO need to be sharp, humble, fast, and deeply interested in where AI is going. *Compensation* * $75,000 to $85,000 base salary depending on experience. * Per-feature bonus of $300 to $500 for every feature that ships and gets approved. _That bonus is not a gimmick.
