AI Business Operations Associate

The private markets are a multi-trillion-dollar powerhouse that funds everything from tech startups to major infrastructure projects, yet much of it still operates on fragmented, inefficient legacy systems. At Anduin, we're changing that. The Anduin platform is built for the complete investor experience. We're not just improving a process; we're creating a better way for the entire industry to operate.

The Anduin Platform has supported over $205 billion in capital raised, helping more than 1,180 funds and 64,000 investors transact in a more efficient and investor-friendly way. This remarkable traction is a testament to the powerful, tangible value we deliver to our clients every day, solidifying our position as a leader in the financial technology space.

We're a global team of over 140 talented individuals with deep private market expertise across North America, Europe, and Asia. Since our founding in 2014, we've remained focused on our mission to revolutionize investing in alts and empower LP-GP relationships. If you're ready to join a team that is transforming an entire industry and making a real impact, we encourage you to apply.

We are looking for a Business-centric Task Force member to improve Digitization Service workflows through technology: reducing manual effort, minimizing human error, and increasing efficiency, quality, and scalability.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the Digitization Service team to understand business challenges and build practical solutions using AI, automation, internal tools, applications, or other technologies. Prior experience in Digitization Service or private markets is not required, as you will learn the relevant workflows and concepts during onboarding.

We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds who bring strong business thinking, problem-solving skills, and genuine curiosity about AI and automation. You don't need to be a software engineer or have a Computer Science degree. What matters is that you've built something real, even a small personal project, and can demonstrate how you turned a problem into a useful tool.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn Digitization Service workflows, tools, processes, and pain points in depth.
• Work closely with team members to identify where technology can improve productivity, quality, or scalability.
• Design, prototype, and build practical solutions using the most appropriate tools for each problem.
• Test solutions with users, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing tools and automations.
• Document solutions clearly so they can be effectively used and maintained.
• Explore emerging technologies and evaluate how they can practically improve the way the team works.

Job Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building at least one working solution, such as an internal tool, app, automation, AI-powered workflow, script, or integration. Personal and side projects count.
• Ability to take a real problem from idea to prototype to working solution, then iterate on it.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn unfamiliar technologies independently.
• Ability to understand non-technical users' needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Good English skills.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with AI-assisted development, workflow automation, Python/JavaScript, SQL, APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, databases, or internal application development is a plus.

Show Us What You've Built:

We are looking for builders, not just technology users. Please include a link to something you have personally built (e.g. a GitHub repo, live app, or demo video) and be ready to explain the problem, approach, technology, and outcome.

Technology will continue to change. We care less about which specific tools you already know and more about what you can build, how you solve problems, and how quickly you can learn and adapt.
