An AI & Big Data Analytics Engineer at MIMOS designs, builds and deploys end-to-end AI/Big Data solutions — generative AI, LLMs, RAG, machine learning and data pipelines — from PoC through production, while developing the organization's centralized AI/BDA platform. Core stack includes Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, Spark/Kafka, FastAPI and vector databases.
The AI & BDA Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of AI and Big Data solutions, including data processing, analytics, machine learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI model integration and related applications. The role covers the full solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis, data preparation and solution design through development, testing, deployment and optimization, while contributing to the development and enhancement of the organization’s centralized AI & BDA platform, integration of AI models and data services, and development of reusable AI/BDA components and frameworks. The engineer will also collaborate with technical, business and commercial teams to develop PoCs, technical proposals, demonstrations and innovative solutions for tenders and customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Successful in deliver high-quality AI/BDA solutions on time and within agreed scopes, and ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, and security standards; and demonstrate a measurable business impact through AI and BDA initiatives.
Design, develop, integrate and deploy AI and Big Data Analytics solutions, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, machine learning, data processing, analytics and AI-enabled applications, from PoC through production.
Develop, enhance and maintain the organization’s centralized AI & BDA platform, including AI model integration, data services, vector databases, model APIs, reusable components, frameworks and supporting services.
Perform data ingestion, transformation, preparation and processing from structured and unstructured data sources; develop data pipelines, analytical workflows and dashboards to support data-driven insights and business requirements.
Collaborate with technical, business and commercial teams to understand requirements and develop AI/BDA PoCs, prototypes, technical solutions, demonstrations, proposals and tender responses to support business opportunities and customer engagements.
Conduct testing, performance tuning, troubleshooting, documentation and continuous improvement of AI/BDA solutions; monitor deployed solutions and ensure scalability, reliability, security and alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
