Hi!
We are Boosta, a holding tech company that creates, develops, and invests in digital businesses with global potential. Today, we collaborate with over 800 specialists from different parts of the world, and millions of users use our products and services.
We are currently looking for a strong AI Automation Engineer to join Kosmo — a performance marketing company operating in highly competitive markets and providing partners with high-quality organic traffic (90% SEO-first).
You should definitely join Kosmo — the numbers speak for themselves:
- 7 years on the market;
- 15+ Tier-1 and Tier-2 geos in active promotion;
- 500K+ organic users.
Kosmo is a team of 70+ professionals, where a high-performance mindset goes hand in hand with a great sense of humor, and the ambition to lead and shape the market is part of everyone’s DNA.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Turn business requests into production-ready AI and automation solutions.
- Build AI agents and LLM-powered workflows for reporting, monitoring, research, and operational tasks.
- Develop integrations between internal systems, data sources, and external APIs.
- Build reusable components and infrastructure instead of isolated one-off automations.
- Work with RAG, structured outputs, function calling, and modern AI frameworks.
- Implement monitoring, logging, evals, and quality controls for production AI solutions.
- Improve existing automations based on real-world usage, performance, and metrics.
- Advise teams on the most suitable AI tools, models, and approaches for their needs.
- Document solutions and help establish practical guidelines for using AI tools.
Must-have experience:
- 2+ years of commercial experience in software development / automation and hands-on experience with AI/LLM solutions.
- Experience shipping AI or automation solutions to production, not only PoCs or pet projects.
- Strong Python skills and experience with backend development and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and modern LLM approaches.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, databases, and production infrastructure.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, validation, and evaluation of AI solutions.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to turn recurring business needs into reusable solutions.
- Ability to independently gather requirements and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Our hiring flow:
- Step 1: Pre-screen.
- Step 2: Test Task.
- Step 3: Technical Interview.
- Step 4: Final Interview.
- Step 5: Job Offer.
We’ll definitely be a Kosmo match if you:
- think fast and approach problems analytically and logically;
- focus on your impact and results rather than hours logged;
- are a true team player, driven by shared business wins;
- understand that working in a dynamic industry requires adaptability and flexibility — and you’re excited about it;
- are eager to grow your expertise and take on more responsibility, striving for continuous development.
Kosmo opportunities we offer:
- a variety of internal projects, large budgets, and tangible results;
- work across 15+ geos in Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets;
- a strong team to grow alongside and share expertise with;
- 28 days of paid vacation + up to 30 sick leave days per year;
- after the probation period — medical insurance, compensation for psychologist sessions, and a monthly budget for sports and lunches;
- learning & development support: we cover external courses, conferences and encourage knowledge sharing;
- flexible work format — choose what suits you best: remote, work from our Kyiv office, or coworking spaces in Lviv or Warsaw (with coworking compensation available in other cities as well);
- Ukrainian Victory Support program and other charitable initiatives supporting Ukraine;
- team buildings, events, gifts, and plenty of other perks.
