You'll design and operate AI-powered content workflows that turn one editorial brief into ten polished, accurate, citation-ready outputs, while keeping a human firmly in the loop. You'll work hand-in-glove with the Senior AI Engine Optimisation Specialist, who will tell you what content needs to exist to win in LLM outputs, and you'll build the agents, pipelines, and editorial process to produce it. This role is for someone who is genuinely a writer and genuinely a builder, not one or the other.
Responsibilities
- Design and operate agentic content pipelines using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n / Make / Zapier, and custom scripts
- Produce GEO-shaped content at scale including comparison pages, listicles, best of roundups, statistics hubs, glossaries, FAQs, definitive guides, and structured Q&A
- Run off-site content campaigns across Reddit threads, Quora answers, niche forums, GitHub READMEs, dataset descriptions, and review platforms
- Build internal tools and agents such as prompt-tracking scrapers, citation monitors, content gap analysers, brand-voice linters, and fact-checking agents
- Maintain editorial quality and brand voice as the final editor on everything that ships
- Fact-check content rigorously and build verification into the workflow
- Iterate on prompts and templates as a craft, treating them like code that is versioned, tested, documented, and refactored
- Partner with the GEO Specialist to translate strategy and target prompts into a steady output of citation-earning content
Requirements
- A genuine writer's instinct with the ability to produce clean opinionated useful content from a blank page and edit machine-generated drafts; portfolio or samples expected
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI tooling as a daily user of Claude, ChatGPT, and at least one agentic or workflow tool such as Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, Make, or LangChain
- Light-to-moderate coding ability in Python or JavaScript at the level of reading API docs, writing a script, debugging it, and shipping it
- Prompt engineering skill including building reusable prompt libraries or templates
- Editorial judgement to know when AI output is good, mediocre-but-fixable, or needs to be rewritten
- SEO/GEO literacy including search intent, on-page structure, schema, internal linking, and content citability
- Operator's mindset with bias to ship and ability to own a backlog and prioritise ruthlessly
