ams OSRAM is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer in Carnaxide, Portugal, to build and deliver enterprise Generative AI/LLM and agentic solutions. Day to day involves developing AI applications with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript on Azure OpenAI/AI Services, using RAG and vector search, and integrating them with Microsoft 365, APIs, and cloud platforms.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, AI solution development, or related technical roles and experience in delivering Generative AI or LLM-based solutions in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, semantic search, and AI application architectures
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or comparable AI platforms
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for AI application development and integration
Experience integrating solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, Microsoft 365, and cloud platforms
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code/no-code AI development environments is a plus
Proficiency in English
