Define maintainability requirements across design through in‑service support. Support fleet modeling to determine spare parts requirements. Define support and test equipment requirements for critical components. Identify manpower and staffing needs for maintenance bases. Define training requirements for operators and related publications. Participate in cross-functional lean events to improve service productivity. Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or related field. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Clear, structured thinking with a diligent approach.
